Sorry tumblr for abandoning you, I’ve been a busy bee soo much has happened in the past  four months, graduated from uni, been on holiday and went paragliding, been to a music festival and working hard. I’ve been at gorgeous couture for quite a while now and I’m loving every minute of it. Everyones lovely and it combines my passion for design and fashion. I’ve really missed pinterest full of great interesting pieces.

Wow great photograph love the harsh black images on the clean white background makes good use of white space.

Great little booklet and beautifully presented. The theme has been replicated right the way through with the red making it consistent. Something I took into consideration when creating a lookbook as it can’t be all mismatched. 

I’ve been at gorgeous couture again today and I love it. The people are brill and the dresses are out of this world. I’ve been designing a look book for them and touching up photos from their amazing photoshoots ready to upload to their website. I love how their unique by having a mad to measure to service.

NET-A-PORTER what a fab website and amazing design can’t fault it one bit. I Love how they use the model to fit in with the type. 

Really cool illustration, I love the bright illuminous colours used for the pattern. This image has inspired me to start drawing, I really want to get back to drawing. I’ve been asked to design a religious sleve tattoo for my friend to can’t wait to start designing that.

Beautifully designed book full of fashion illustrations and simplistic and stylish layout.

I’ve been experimenting with glitter over the top of my printed images. I love the textured paper and the effect over the glitter over the top. It works really well over a black and white image, I prefer the silver white glitter.

The Secret Salford Show…. shhhh such a great event and had an amazing time. I started by sending out invitations walking round Manchester with Bex, Mel and Rachel which was loads of fun. We put our work up in 2022NQ it looked amazing. Then family and friends came it was packed full of people such a great atmosphere. And ended on a great note getting feedback from industry on our portfolios with job opportunities and experience. Such an amazing turn out and I’m very excited for the future.

My final business card designs can’t wait to re-design my website with my new branding. I was never happy with my branding and I finally am really pleased and proud of it. I played on the idea of my name being the same backwards for my logo. Then used pastel colours to represent my bright bubbly personality without being to in your face. These are definately my favourite colours and I’ve already got idea about how my websites going to look.
